Some nice things to look at today

Beth's greenhouse at Trevoole Farm.
These greenhouses were used when the farm was a fully functioning flower farm. About the same time, Newlyn School painters were putting Cornish landscape or street scene paintings on the train for London, daffodils and other flowers from Trevoole Farm also made the journey to Covent Garden.

A collage I loved in Paris, which I also love.

Building a tree house in the backyard with Uncle Brian, who is there for us , whenever we need him here in Iowa.

The stunning boating lake at Trevarno, Cornwall.
For a few pennies, this and the estate's 1300 acres, several farms, cottages, etc are yours.

The barn at Trevoole.

Travis and Beth started with a reclaimed bath, put it in the best spot and built their dwelling around it, mostly from reclaimed materials.
It is homely and beautiful in the most restrained and simple way.

Lemons....need I say more.
With a nod to all the great Spanish still life painters who inspire me.

Spring on an Iowa farm, from the shade of a tree, looking at the farmhouse.
